We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to be the eye for Darkroom’s Digital Products Team. You will dive into responsive website development, define a strategy for testing design integrity and functionality, and be responsible for quantifying and improving data quality across every project we deliver.
Work with multiple departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
Test across multiple CMS platforms and Merkle practices.
Troubleshoot defects, using web protocol tools, to identify causes & findings.
Coordinate software testing process activities and implement testing best practices.
Ensure clean releases by regression testing existing functionalities.
Ensure new functionality meets requirements of functional specifications.
Defining and implementing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA inside the Product team.
A passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for details.
Demonstrated CMS QA experience in an Agile development environment.
Experience with risk assessment identification and communication, along with providing recommendations for reducing risk exposure.
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Excitement and passion for Web development.
A diverse background that can includes experience in IT Consulting or Marketing Agency.
