We're looking for an experienced analyst with exposure to digital advertising to engage in a wide array of data analytics projects on behalf of our agency and enterprise clients.
This is a remote job, open to candidates based in India.
This role supports teams working in US Eastern Standard/Daylight Time and should be flexible to support and work in these times.
Rate: $1200 -1500 USD per month
What you’ll do:
Partner with Growth Marketing Department leaders to ensure campaign success
Partner with Account Management and Sales for Quarterly Business Reviews
Responsible for all campaign pacing and optimization efforts to ensure delivery is met and campaign KPI's are achieved
Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing & Sales, Finance and Engineering teams to solve problems, identify trends, and define key metrics.
Build scalable automation solutions utilizing Python, SQL, Tableau, and other tools
Design and track metrics on external and internal data, ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomes through an iterative process and test-and-learn strategies
Enhance the quality of acquisition and retention team’s output by providing analytical support
You should apply if this sounds like you:
4+ years of industry experience working with and analyzing marketing data to drive strategy and make decisions
Familiarity and experience with machine learning and time series projections techniques.
Fluency in Python and Advanced SQL
Thorough understanding of the e-commerce marketing landscape, with an emphasis on Shopify, Meta (formerly Facebook) ads, and Google Ads.
BS/BA in an analytical field (science, math, engineering, finance, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and ability to make fast decisions with limited and noisy data
Strong knowledge of the overall D2C ad landscape (Shopify strongly preferred)
Experience with reporting tools (such as Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data and to organize findings and translate into actionable insights using original or innovative techniques
Self-starter - the entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
