Redefining the workwear industry, BRUNT Workwear creates high-quality, affordable work boots and apparel. Although one of the most rapidly expanding brands on Shopify, they were struggling to retain first-time customers and turn them into repeat buyers. Having eclipsed eight figures primarily off their footwear sales, the business needed to find ways to introduce their new apparel line and sell new SKUs to purchasers of their popular boots. To broaden BRUNT's product offerings and boost apparel sales, we devised a segmentation strategy to facilitate cross-selling between apparel and boots. By implementing cross-sell and win-back campaigns, we encouraged previous boot buyers to consider BRUNT's apparel line and vice versa. Our approach involved segmenting BRUNT's customer list according to their past purchase history, and specifically targeting them with tailored campaigns that promoted the relevant products.
In order to drive repeat customer retention and revenue, we deployed a core post-purchase campaign and optimized the flow to suit communication needs of both new and returning customers. We streamlined abandoned card, checkout, and browse flows by creating tailored messaging focused on returning customers.
To establish a comprehensive retention strategy aimed at maximizing revenue, we developed and launched novel email and SMS flows and campaigns. We also refined existing email and SMS initiatives enhanced by campaign creatives, detailed segmentation, and engagement metrics.
